Question about new rims

im going to be getting 20 inch rims on my truck when i put my leveling kit with the add a leaf in the back. i was wonder about the offset of rims. i would like the tires to stick out about 2 to 3 inches. would there be any problems with that set up 20's on 35. and any recommendations on the tires i should get? a 285/65/20 bfg all terrane is pretty much a 35 right?
thanks

That's basically a 35x11.50 tire. To fit them you will have to use OEM wheels or one with identical specs (8.5 inches wide with 6.5 inches of bs). Since you want the tires to stick out, I'd suggest a 9 inch wide wheel with 5 inches of bs and some 305/55-20 (33x12.50) tires. These will stick out 2 inches farther than the OEM wheels.

Thanks for the info. Do you know of any rims set up that would let me have that offset with the 35's on the leveling and add a leaf?
