Black Nascar Rims?

Found a set of black nascar steelies for the 97-03 model F-150

wondering what yall think about them and if they'll look good on my truck? they are 15's and i currently have the 16" OEM chromes with Michelin LTX truck tires now. what would be a good price for them with and without the tires they are on now, he's asking 400 with the tires? the current tires are different sizes front and back and so ill want to get new ones. also how much can i expect to get for my clean non scuffed 16" chromes with tires and certs from discount tire?

Thanks for your help.

my truck and current wheels

wheels are dirty from truck not being washed for a while in this pic

heres a clean pic

You can't fit 15 inch wheels on your truck. You need at least 16 inch wheels to clear the brakes.

It's sorta like putting windshield wipers on a goat's ****. It's possible with the right wiring harness but why bother. I'm sure you could fit 15's, but it would require installing smaller brakes and and changing your axles bolt pattern. By the time you went through all that you would probably have more than enough money invested to buy just about any set of new 16 inch wheels and tires you wanted.

Plus im pretty sure you get those wheels anywhere on the internet look on offroad site, there considered to be "rock crawlers" and they run about $96 each.
