M/T road running tire pressure

What tire air pressure (in psi) do you guys run for the smoothest ride without creating tire wear issues and killing fuel mileage?

I run 38-40psi. Mickey Thompson ATZ's 305-55-R20

Those are a LR E with a max of 65. 38-40 is a bit low. I would run them at 45. Otherwise you run the risk of building up too much heat at highway speeds.
