I like the chrome, but I also don't care for the blackout thing. Chrome needs black to me, it pops

IMO you should lose the chrome handles, mirror covers, and the bug shield. Aside from that I would change the FX4 decal out for one that is matte black to match the wheels. Those few things would really change the look of your truck. Like I said though..... it looks great now!
agreed 100%

turck looks sick with the new wheels and tires man!!

how long did it take you to sand and paint your running boards?

sanding and painting running boards took about 60 minutes total...juse wet sanded with some 600 grit just enough to scuff them up, hosed them off then let them dry in the sun. Did 2 coats of Krylon black primer then 2 coats of Krylon satin black and let dry for about 3 hours before re-installing.

Your truck looks a lot better with the new wheels and the painted running boards. I painted mine about two months ago with Krylon Primer / Krylon Satin Black and they are holding up pretty good so far. I have two rock chips on the passenger side board, but other than that they still look good.

I also had a hard time choosing between the Monsters and the Rockstars. I had the same dilemma with the 18x9 Rockstars and how you could put your hand in to touch the lugs, but I found a very nice solution. Another member showed how he cut the four plastic mounts on the stars and the long allen bolts 1 1/8" to bring them in closer to the wheel. It looks very good on an 18" wheel and will look even better on a 20".

Here is what mine look like after the modification. Problem solved!!

Depends on the year of your truck. For the 2004 and newer F150s, you will need the 6x135s.
