New 275/65/20 on the way

Finally broke down and went off to discount tire to get new tires for the wife's car. First baby will be here any day, and her michelins were getting really bald. So as I am researching tires for her Sonata, of course I am keeping an eye out for new shoes for the truck, when I see that discount has 275/65/20 Goodyear AT's for 147 each. Only available in the black wall, which is what I wanted anyway! So anyway, the wife got some new Yokohamas, and I am getting new goodyears on friday!

I was really leaning toward some 305/55 Nitto's or Zeon's, because they look sweet as hell, and I definitely wanted something bigger than the stock Pirellis, but with the new job I will probably be putting upwards of 35K/year on the truck and couldn't pass up the deal on these. I am pretty anxious to see how they look after I get them on.

Here are the before pics, and come this time friday I will put up the before and after! Thanks to all who have helped on this forum, I am very grateful for all of your help and suggestions!

Most members on this forum won’t even look at this thread because they think our tires are too “skinny and tall. They fit my needs, and budget. (mostly road driving and towing a pretty heavy boat.) I have had mine on for 2,000 miles and love them. Not much loss in performance at all and no change in gas mileage. They make a huge difference in looks over the 33’s and my 18’s goodyears had 76,000 before I replaced them with these. Goodluck, post pics up soon!!

Well they are on, and I'm diggin them! Not the most aggressive, but driving 35-40K/year with 99% highway, I think these are great. Thanks to all who have helped me out once again!

That used to be the neighbor's garage, I do believe it belongs to a bank now...
