just curious if you need to rotate these bigger tires like you do regular tires and if so how many miles in between?

Yes, they need to be rotated regularly. I change my oil and rotate every 6000 miles.

Mine get rotated every time I drive my truck!

j/k - I plan to rotate my 38's every 3,000 on every oil change. The bigger and more aggressive tires need to be rotated just as often or more often than regular passenger car tires IMO. You can't rotate them too often. Make sure you've had an alignment too within the past 20-30,000 miles to keep the tire wear good as well.

I don't have 33'S more like 31.75's lol and i had America's tire mount them and so i got free rotation/balance.

They always thought i was crazy asking them to rotate and balance them every 5,000 miles but i did it anyway and kept and eye on pressures and it has payed off.

I run MT MTZ's on my 03 Screw 265/70 17" and i'm goin on 50,000 miles and not even down to the wear bars yet.

The tires are getting a bit louder and the compound feels a bit more stiff probably from heat cycling but they still work great!

It depends on the type of driving a person does. Les Schwab, a major tire store in the PNW, recommends one year or 5,000 miles which ever comes first.
