Nitto Terra - Quaility and size question after level

I really like the Terra from Nitto and the price fits my budget but doing 85-90% of my driving on streets and highway how many miles should I be expecting?

Also would both of these sizes fit with no rubbing issues?

295/70/r17
305/70/r17

Picture for reference (05 5.4 4x4 w/HBS 2.5 level)

While I havent had mine all that long, I too bought them based on the reviews they were getting, price, etc. I think the key (like with any tire) is keeping your truck in good alignment, and rotating them often.

Here is a pic of my 295/70/17 on stock rims...

Im running them on 18's but you get the idea. They only rub at full lock.

295/70/18s with a 2.5 AS Level. Thats 34.4 x 11.7. I was fine with my width, I wanted more height. I researched a while and it was as close as I could get to a 35" without going too wide. BFG AT come in more sizes but alot more $$$$

More pics in my Albums.

Per Nittos website the 295/70s are 33.1 x 12.1.
And the 305/70s are 34x12.3.

You should be fine with the 305/70 but Nittos recomends at least a 8" wide wheel and our stockers are 7.5" There are guys that put 35x12.50s on stockers, but I wanted to get best tread life as possible out of my tires. And am I really going to notice .4 of an inch?

Well here's my other thinking point: Price between 295's and 305's are $50 each tire. In my mind is there that big of a difference to pay $200 more for a full set?

I don't think so unless someone else can educate me on why it would be worth it.

I have 295 s and they are holding up great.Have about15000 on them and cant hardly see any wear. I have 2" level so you might want to go with 305 . Boyd
