I want a 35" mud tire that does not rub with a level kit

What are my options if I want a 35" mud tire that does not rub? I had my heart set on the Maxxis Bighorn in a 285/75R18 but it turns out they don't sell that size in the USA.

If you have a stock wheel, then most 35" tires should fit with minimal rubbing. I've got aftermarket wheels so I'm not sure how much help I can be, but I'll try

17x9" ProComp wheels w/ 4.75" backspacing.

315/70/17 ProComp Xtreme MT's with ZERO rubbing. I trimmed the inner fender wheels a VERY little bit at first and haven't heard a sound since.

35x12.5x18 BFGoodrich Mud-Terrain KM2s on the stock XLT 18x7.5 rims. No rubbing what so ever, the tire guy said I might rub turning into driveways at full lock and stuff like that but I haven't experienced it yet.

Like they said. You can fit a 35x12.50 using the OEM wheels and a leveling kit. Most members report slight rubbing on the control arms at full steering lock. As you can see, it is so minor, some trucks may not have any. Usually MT's will large sidewall lugs, like Mud Grapplers, are worse. But what do you expect when trying to fit 35's on a stock truck?

I called around today and WOW are they proud of these things. For the BFG mud terrain I was quoted anywhere from $319 to $429 per tire. I was quoted $300 to $325 for the Hankook mud tires. I'm still waiting on a call back on the Cooper Discovery STT mud tires. I really wish I could get the Maxxis Bighorns in a 35" as the 275/70R18 ones I have now have been great. I have 40,000+ miles on them right now and I can still let go of the steering wheel at 80mph and it will go straight.

4Wheel Parts has their annual "Buy 3 Procomps, get 1 free" deal going on right now. If you have one close, you might try calling them.

I paid under $250 per tire for my Xtreme MT's through them.
