get a BFH!! AND SMACK THE CRAP OUTTA IT!! thats what it took for the ones on my 2002!! BTW buy new rotors first!!!

 

Mine was the same way. Ended smashing it off, just be careful of the studs if you get angry with it.


Also, there's instructions here somewhere on how to cut it off with a Sawzall if all else fails, and if I remember correctly it's fairly easy. Let me see if I can find it.
