On an 07 FX4 with the Bilstein 5100's (leveled the front) will an 18"X9.5" wheel with 4.625" of backspace and a tire in the 285/295x65 range look like somebody described here as a ****roach going down the road or will it look ok? How far will they stick out? I should add the wheels have an offset of -14mm.

 

Those wheels will stick out about 3 inches farther than the OEM wheels. I'd go with a 9 inch wide wheel with 5 to 6 inches of backspacing personally.
