tires and wheels

ok guys i have a 2000 F150 4x4 and i want my tires to stick out the same as the tires on this guys truck to me it looks really good, he has a 20x10 moto metals and i think the specs are a -18 offset and 4.79" of backspacing with 33x13.50r20 mickey Thompson atz. i have already decided to go with the mickey Thompson atz 33x13.50r18 and maybe the 18x9 **** cepek rim that has a -13 offset and 4.5" back spacing and i was wondering if it will stick out the same as this guys truck?
i really just want my tires sticking out wide and im open to some other suggestions thanks guys.

It's pretty simple to figure out how much further your new setup will "stick out" compared to the stock numbers. Add the difference in wheel width, half the tire width, and the difference in backspacing (as long as it's less than stock).

For example my setup is 33x13.50s on 18x9s with 4.5" backspace. Stock specs on the 06 wheel is 18x7.5 with ~5.5" BS. So, 1.5" wider wheel+1" less BS+~1.5" wider tire each direction= about 3.5 to 4 inches wider stance than stock.

I don't know what the stock wheel specs are for your truck, what size rims and tires are on it now?

You are comparing apples to oranges. The wheel specs on the 97-03's are completely different than the 04-08's. You might as well be posting pics of Dodge 2500's and asking about their wheel/tire setups. But, I've already told you this in your other identical thread.

The way the 97-03's are designed, the wheels are just not gonna hang outside the wheelwells unless you do something weird, like find a 12 inch wide wheel. Then you would have serious fitment issues. A 10 inch wide wheel with 4.5 inches of backspacing is as wide as it gets. I have 16x10's and 35x12.50's. If you use a 13.50 inch wide tire they will stick out 1/2 inch farther than my tires in this pic.

They are generally a bad idea. THey increase wear and tear on suspension and steering components and cause fitment issues with the wheels/tires.
