Turning New Rotors

I have a 99 f-150 , and one of the rotors is warped, I am planning on replacing all 4 cause I dont know which one it is. A friend told me that I need to have the new rotors turned on the pickup, otherwise it will warp again in a short time. Is this true ? or can I get by with just new rotors?

No you do not need to turn the new rotors. The reason yours probably warped is uneven lug nut torque. Just make sure to always use a torque wrench when you put on the lug nuts. I believe in your case it is 100ftlbs. It should also be marked on the lug nuts themselves.
