Bfg at ta ko

Hello to All, I am ready to purchase a set of these for my 04 SCREW. I read these are an excellent tire. Are there any other tire out there I should consider and why?

Thanks,

Don

The AT KO is pretty much the gold standard for all terrian tires. Other good choices would be the Nitto Terra Grappler, Toyo AT, Pro Comp Xtreme AT, Mickey Thompson ATZ and the **** Cepek FC II.

IMO BFG has to be doing somthing right- the all-terrain t/a has been around like damn near forever!! I just got my 1st set back in July and I will not use another brand of tire!! The ones that wandell mentioned work well but I havent seen a tire w/ the same basic design{with improvements here and there} like the BFG. the only drawback to them that I have is they tend to pick up little rocks if you are on a gravel road. Especially when they are new, I got some miles on mine so they dont do it as much.My Dad had a set on a International Scout II and they lasted like FOREVER!! They cost a lot in the begining but I feel that they are worth every penny.

As soon as my tread wears away on my stock tires, I am getting some BFG. They are great tires. Nice on and off the road.
