I found a Discount tire that is somewhat close that does RF balancing. I am going to put on the the hub centric rings and take it to them to balance and be done with it. If it vibrates after that I am sending them back. For what I paid, they should be smooth as glass.

It could be just 1 tire. From the factory, I had 1 bad tire. Dealer replaced that and no problem.

DING DING DING!!!!!

If the centerbore of the wheel is larger than the OD of the hub, and you don't have rings in them, I'll bet my lunch money that it's your problem. If the nuts are a flat-seat nut, I'll guarantee it. It's near impossible to get a good center on them without rings and relying just on the taper of the nut to provide a "lugcentric" fit.

Get some rings ASAP.
