Your Opinion Requested (tires), Thanks!

Do you have a suggestion for a long lasting aggressive mud radial in 20" AND can I go bigger than 33? 35?
I used the Super Swamper TSL radial in the past and was very happy. They lasted forever and aside from road noise I barely ever needed my 4 wheel drive in mud, snow, loose sand, anything it seemed like, but they dont make 20's.HELP!!!
Thanks for your input.

I'd suggest a quality radial mud terrian tire like the BFG MT KM, Toyo MT, Mickey Thompson MTZ, **** Cepek Mud Country, Pro Comp Xtreme MT, Kuhmo MT or the Hankook MT. As for size, it depends on the wheel you use. Some people have run 35x12.50's using the OEM 20's, but the problem is the OEM 20x8.5 inch wheel has a lot of backspacing and the lugs on some MT's will actually touch the upper control arm/ball joint as soon as you torque the lugs down. The clearance is so tight that some MT's rub and some don't. Some people have used a thin wheel spacer, but the 04-08's are so sensitive to vibration issues that this may cause problems. I'd suggest using an aftermarket 20x9 inch wheel with 5 to 6 inches of BS and some 33's or try to find a narrower (285mm/11.50 inch wide) MT for the OEM wheels.

I would think nearly Anything would be a long lasting mud terrain if you are accustomed to using super swampers. lol

Listen to Wandell, he is the numero uno tire/wheel hombre on this site.
