brake problem - need suggestions

I have a 1999 F150 4x4 with 4 wheel antilock disc brakes.
I am experiencing a problem.
The brake pedel goes to the floor, it will pump up but at a stop, Holding the pedel it slowly goes to the floor.
THe brake light does not go on, but here and there the ABS light does.
It will reset if I turn off the vehicle and turn it back on.
Ive changed both front brake lines and that did not help.
I see no brake fluid leaks.
Ive changed my back brake pads.
I have changed my master cylinder ( not with a rebuild)
Bled the brake lines, and still a problem.
any suggestions?
Ter

there must be a leak somewhere... or you got a bad master cylinder when you replaced it?
