Question Decisions ???

Hello Guys and Gals!!
I am new to the site, but have been reading the thread's for a while.
I like the advice and opinions that are shared on here!

With all that being said, I have a question or decision that I am going to have to make in the very near furture, and would like some input from everyone on my dilemma.

I have a 2008 F150 4x4 Super Crew, all stock.
I am going to put on a new set of tires. I am also going to put Hell Bent Steel levelers on the front.
With a fairly tight budget,I am trying to figure out which combination of items to put on and save the rest for a later install, when the funds are there.

Her is the dilemma,
Should I put Firestone Destination M/T's on with an Edge programmer??
Or should I settle for a less expensive all terrain tire and a good Warn winch and winch bumper?

The stock Tires are B.F. Goodrich P275 65 R 18 I have 60,000 miles and need to replace soon.
I have read that some people are getting that kind of mileage, or more, from the Firestone Destination M/T's. which I can get for $1,080.00
The Edge $449.00.
A 9,000 lb Warn winch I can get for around $800.00
The winch mount / bumper,I am not sure what the expense will be on that.
( $ 1,000.00 )
The leveling is going to happen no matter what I decide to do about the rest.

Any and all comments, suggestions and advice will be greatly appereciated!
Thanks!
Jimbo

You are going to enjoy driving the truck much more with a tuner. So unless you really need a winch I would hold off on that and get the Edge first. Or even better a Gryphon can be had for almost the same money. Also if you plan on getting larger than stock tires the tuner will help offset any power loss and also be able to correct the speedo.

^^^ I agree. Keep your eye out on the classifieds here for a Gryphon tuner, it is an edge evolution body, only black, and its able to have custom tunes loaded on it. go ahead and start with a Gryphon. then as you do mods, get a tune specifically made for your trucks mods.

So are the Gryphon tuners better than the Edge??
Whats the differance in the two? or should I be asking this on the other thread?
