Winter wheels are on!

Decided it was time to put the winter wheels on since they finally came in. It is always impressive how much the wheels & tires change your vehicle.

I had this set of 17" Mickey Thompsons sitting around off of my old truck and decided to mount them up to a set of Moto Metal 957's which are black and machined. What do you think?

Decided to take one of it during the transformation as well.

It definetly changed the look of the truck thats for sure. Still looks pretty good though considering those are winter wheels. Definetly better than my winter wheels. Stock wheels for me. That's be why I'm holding out as long as I can before the novakanes come off.

Looking good, especially the taillamps. Leaving the chrome spots definitely flows well with the Platnum trim.

Thanks for the comments!

Thanks for the comments guys. It sure changed it up a bit. I debated on going with the white letters out or in. I thought maybe I would join the blackout movement, but this is as far as I'm going with that. I forgot how much sidewall there actually was to the old tires.

I will say the truck rides a little better with more sidewall, however the Mickey's are definately louder, at least till they wear in a bit from being rotated.

Thanks, I was looking for something a little custom for the tails and am pretty happy with my work.
