I have a 05 2wd lariat with aftermarket wheels. I traded on 06 galant for this pickup and the rims are chrome 20"s...the kid that owned this rig before me NEVER took care of the wheels and now the wheels chrome has been chipping very badly...and are now rusted in some spots. My question is should I invest in new rims or is new chrome dipping an option? Thanks for any suggestions

 

Rechroming is very expensive. Probably be better off with new rims.

 

You could have them powder coated....

If you like their looks, restore them. If not, search around for some new wheels.
