Sorry guys but please help...285/75/18's

I did a search and came up with nothing, I have an 06 FX4 with an autospring 2" and a 1.5 block in the back. I am running BFG 285/65/18 (32ish) on factory rims and the tires look way too small.I want 305's but they were back ordered at the time. I see Toyo MT now come in 285/75/18's which are 35 tall and 11.6 wide on the rim. From what I have read any rubbing issues are because of the tire width. First are the Toyo MT's any good and do you think the rubbing will be an issue. I can't find anyone that has a picture of these tires on factory rims just levelled. Thanks for the help guys.
Here is what it looks like now with the BFG's...WAY TOO SMALL

i really dont think they would rub being so thin but im interested to find out so im posting. If it were me id go 325/65-18(35x13.0-16) cause those would look best on your truck but i don't kno how much they would rub. think its minor rub at full lock tho. ive seen these on trucks like yours.

Yes, the 285/75-18's will fit easily and the Toyo MT is one of the best MT's available.
ALso, a 325/65-18 (35x13.00) is too wide for the OEM 7.5 inch wide wheels.

I ran the toyo MT's in 285 75 18 for two years with only 2" leveling. They never rubbed ever and looked great. Heres some pics.

Yea they did. They never gave me any rubbing ever, even off road. I had them on for two years and then sold them. The tires slowed the truck down too much, took away mpg, and the truck shifted harshly with them so I went back to 33's.
The tires weighed 78lbs a piece, without the wheels, lol! Not light at all.
Now if I ever bought a tuner to solve all that they would still be on my truck, but I didn't want to go that route.

Maxout do you have any pics looking directly from the front or rear, so I can see how the width of the tires looks?

No I dont, im sorry. My computer crashed over the summer and I lost all those pictures. But they really didnt look any different the 35x12.50 18 toyos on the stock wheels so if you can find a pic of that it will show you. If they were any wider they would rub bad. Mine just cleared everything. The toyo mts have huge side lugs which makes them look alot wider then the size suggests.

Thanks Maxout, those look great on your truck. The BFG's seem to be a good tire but the size is just off. Looks like i'll be heading to the tire shop Monday to see what I can make a deal. are the Toyo's loud, and how well do they work in the snow?

The Toyo MT is the quietest MT available. Well it was untill the Nitto Trail Grappler was introduced (according to a tire test in one of the 4x4 mags I read at Wal Mart last night).

No they are not very loud at all. My xterrains are way louder. They were excellent in the winter, I used them two full winters in the northeast!
