Wheel adapter ?'s

I found a sick deal on a set of rims that are 6x5.5 and my 08 F150 is 6x135. I was wondering if I can use wheel adapters to change the fitments. Please reply with any input. I have found the adapters on ebay for around $150. Thanks!

Yes you can use them. I run some on my truck... They will give you about 1 3/4 to 2 inches extra offset. And make sure you loc-tite the HELL out of them.. Trust me on that one, bad experience.

They are usually a bad idea. They can cause fitment and vibration issues.
