My 2004

Okay, i've spent several days searching and really haven't found any conclusions to my thoughts and questions. I've been thinking about putting some 305/65 r 18's on my truck. It has the original 275/65 r18 goodyear AT/s that went 76000 miles, pretty good i thought. It is not my primary vehicle, ( i have a problem, lol 4 vehicles as of right now ). The questions are do you really need a leveling kit ? How much is the fuel mileage affected 1-3 mpg? I've looked through pics and just can't decide. I like my stock wheels and will be keeping those. Any help would be great. Thanks!

I think they will fit , but they will look much better with a leveling kit.
