Okay - for the 2nd time in < a month my idiot lights came on - both the brake & ABS lights.
About 5 weeks ago, I had the ENTIRE line replaced to a tune of almost $700 - I'm STILL making payments on that job!
The 1st time it happened I was told I was really low on fluid & to watch it. Well, I just got the truck inspected 2 days ago & he passed with flying colors. Today both lights came on - again! The mechanic doesn't see any leaks, the ENTIRE 30' of line was replaced front to rear & out to each wheel & he put in new fittings. WHERE CAN THE FLUID BE GOING? I have even looked for leaks in the snow as it would be easier to spot & I don't see anything on the ground.
I would appreciate ANY/ALL help before I bring it back in as they will have to keep the truck & I really need it. With my Mom being bedridden & so sick - 16 hospitalizations in 25 months & 1 just recently I need the truck.

Just maybe its being sucked out by the power brake booster and being burned thru the engine. I have heard of that on some other vehicles. Try looking under the interior carpet behind the brake pedal to make sure its not going there. Hope that might help.
