new tires

so im about to get new tires along with rims im getting the 2008 f150 20" lariet rims and im trying to figure out what tire togo with. i really like my BFG MT but i just like to hear my possibilitys. im in the process of getting fox offroad racing shox so im going for more of off road racing so im keeping that in mind when picking tires

If you want MT's, I'd suggest the BFG MT KM's, Toyo MT's, Pro Comp Xtreme MT's, **** Cepek Mud Country or Mickey Thompson MTZ.

Man, you guys always forget my new GoodYear!!

I'll have these mounted tomorrow or Tues. Hopefully the truck stays clean enough to snap some good pics.

what size are your km2's and what are you doing with them??

o btw those wheels will look good

you could also go with the Nitto trail Grappler they are a good off road tire

ya that was my other thought bout the nittos and there 285/65-17 i think i dont have my truck now ill look when i get it later

goodyears will do terrible in the sand just to let you know. What are you doing with your old tires

Can you quantify that statement a little better please? How can you generalize all GY tires, have you tried all of them in the sand? I'm assuming your assumption does not include the brand new MTR suggested above.

I think he means as a general rule, all terrian tires perform better in deep sand than mud terrians.

i meant goodyears as in the New MTR. Read a review in four wheeler about them and they said sand tracion was not very good a couple of guys on hear said they were **** poor in the sand. But they do do amazing in the mud and in the rocks and not that loud
