Installing new thermoquiets

Got new Wagners all the way around, just wanted to know if I need to apply anti seize to the back of the pads or just apply it to the slider rails?

You do not put anything on the back of the pads. They have their own built in dampner. This is what makes the quiet.

Ok thanks, kinda what I thought but on the little piece of paper that came with the pads they mentioned moly lube and silicone a cpl times. Will just put the anti sieze in the slide rails and go from there.

They are great pads. I'm on my second set. Put 80,000 on the first set and they still had about 20,000 miles left in them when I changed them. No dust, either.

I myself put that stuff on every point which touches the pad, especially the backsides. This as well as the sliders and caliper anti rattle clips too. Old habits die hard but after making noises, forgetting this has been the causes most every time.
