i personally like the wider look and ride. 305 for me. they would fit the rims perfectly.

not sure what you have now but bfg is my fave mud tire and for the street.

i would say bfg mt, nitto mud grapplers, toyo mudds, goodyear mts. thats my order of importance opinion wise.

285/75-16's and 305/70-16's are the same height. You are basically comparing a 33x11.50 tire and a 33x12.50 tire.

Not positive, but I doubt there is much weight difference between the two sizes.

what kind of tire alex???the tire shop has the toyo mt in 285/75/16 in stock but would have to order the 305/70s...not sure what size to go...the toyos are so aggressive with the side lugs the 285/75s are prolly enough

dont know what brand yet I just came across a possible deal on 305/75/16s so I might go that route on my v6 but only after the body lift. If the price is right I'll take em

Im not gonna lie Im slightly worried because I do drive about an hour to work but honestly I don't think it will change it too much maybe a couple mpgs and that is worth it to me. If I don't like it I can just go down in size because Im lookin to find some used ones right now so I probably wont be payin too much for em.

i hear ya....its not even three miles to work for me, so gas really is not a problem for me. last summer it was bc i was traveling an hr one way. just cant decide what size i want geez..in the toyo mt. theyre such a bulky tire with the lugs that 285s would work im sure..
