I have a 2000 F150, recently the rear end started to go. So out of the options of rebuilding it, or getting a drop in rear axle/brakes, I decided to go with the drop in rear axle(housing and all). Now the only one available is out of a 2002, which has rear discs. Will there be any apparent problems with installing this? I've looked at a 2002, and everything appears to line up. Now I know that usually they have a proportioning valve that limits the pressure to the rear on some applications, however the local ford dealership said something about the abs module controlling that now.
