Can't find the correct brake pedal switch for my truck

My pedal switch went out on my '04 f150 and no parts stores around here have the correct one. The only one they bring up for my model is wrong, the one i need has 6 prongs and is straight. The switch they all say is mine is 5 prongs and looks more like an L

Anyone have a part number or any idea where i can find what i need?

I googled all the numbers on the actual switch and came up with nothing.

Please help, thanks guys

is your 04 a newer style truck, or like the 97-03s?

if its newer, try using 05 model, and if its older style try using 03

It's the newer body style, we tried searching for newer/older ones too but couldn't match one of those up either. We even tried other model vehicles, expeditions/mark LTs and such...the only other vehicle i found that had this switch was my mothers '04 expedition
