I have not heard of anyone having problems with rubbing at the back. Even when my front was higher than the back and I was towing my boat, I did not have issues. Yours will only stick out a 1/2" further than mine, so it will not be an issue.
I did not like the the bulldog look, so I added the 3" ReadyLift blocks to the rear and 2000 lb SuperSpring helpers to keep it from sagging when I tow.

Thanks for the clarification.
From the looks of that picture, you would have a problem if your truck got into a simliar position with larger/wider wheels and tires. A 9" wide wheel with 4.5" of BS will stick out 2.5" further than the factory wheels on your truck today. I cannot see the front, but the left front tire must be quite a bit higher than the right for the truck's suspension to flex that much.
Lifting the rear will help, as will adding SuperSpring helpers, but I still think you will have problem with your tires rubbing. My recommendation would be to avoid getting the truck into that kind of position...

I bought the 3" ReadyLift blocks at Autoanything for $130. They were offering free shipping at the time. They have factory bumpstops and the holes/pins to line up with the leafsprings. They included the longer U-bolts, so it is a direct replacement of the 2" blocks from Ford.

It took me about an hour to install them with a 3-ton floor jack, heavy duty jack stands and a compressor with air tools. I did not have to remove my wheels or anything else to do the job.

They mount on top of your leaf spring pack and they only come into play when weight pushes down on the back of your truck. They have three different settings and I have mine on the middle which gave me an additional 1/2" of lift. The keep the truck from sagging and swaying on the road when I am towing.
They are easy to install without removing your wheels and only require you to lift the truck to make them easier to mount. I painted the brackets black, so they would blend in the rest of the black under the truck.

Here are the 2000 lb SuperSpring helpers I used. I paid $330 for mine, so they have gone up some since last year.

Not sure about the weight they will hold without sagging, but they have two versions: 2000 lb and 3000 lb. (Take a look at the web site I mentioned above for a better explanation) I went with the lower rated ones because my boat only weighs about 450 lbs at the hitch (4000 lbs total) and I heard they ride a little smoother when using them on the middle setting.

Truckin150. hey man sorry it has taken me a bit to get back to you! i had to trim the front just a minor bit. an the only reason i had to do so is because the sidetread on the tires was rubbing since these tires are so aggressiveon the sidewalls. if i didnt have to deal with that i wouldnt have had to do it at all. same goes for the turning..
