I am new here and have a few questions about ford oem wheels. I have an 2006 scab 4X4 with 17 X 7.5 oem wheels. I really want to run 18 X 9 Moto Metal 950's 30mm os with 295 65 18 Goodyear Duratrac (33.1" Wheel overall) but I just cant get the money for tires and wheels as fast as I want them.

First Question

Can I run Goodyear Duratrac 315 70 17 on factory rims? (the goodyear spec on these tires calls for a minimum rim width of 8.5")

Second question

Would I have any rubbing issues running a 34.4" wheel on factory wheels with only a 2.5" leveling kit on a 4x4?

Any advice or insight would be greatly appreciated.

 

Using the oem wheels and a leveling kit you can fit a 315/70-17 (35x12.50) on a 4x4. They will rub the control arms slightly at full steering lock.

 

34's will fit perfectly
