My last set of tires were the Nitto Terra Grapplers (At's) Took a trip to WV to ski and those tires gripped the snow and ice pretty well. My cousin had some Mickey Thompson MT's and he couldn't get traction for nothing. I didn't have a problem. They rode smooth and quiet and lasted 50,000 Miles. Great tire! I wanted something even more aggresive so I went for the bigger brother..the Trail Grapplers and so far..awesome tire. Nitto has got it going on, and cheaper than Toyos too.

The Trail Graps definitely have a little hum on the interstate (70+), which is expected with any M/t tire. On the highway however (50-60), they can't really be heard.. But research shows that the Trails Graps are amongst the quietest of Mud Terrian tires. I can't see the slight hum they put off bothering anyone. The Terra's were really quiet. Probably just as quiet as the stockers.

Tell that to his wife... She wished he went with the Toyos because we rarely drive under 70 in Texas.
I only mentioned it because he brought it up to me the other day. The sound does not bother me, but I used to run 40" Super Swampers on my BIG truck when I was in high school...

I was just searching for leveling kits and found that rough country has a 2.5" leveling kit for $99.95 or the leveling kit with 1" rear block and Nitro 9000 shocks for the rear for $199.95. Has anyone heard anything about this? I kind of seems odd that its so cheap compared to everyone else.
