order discounttire.com?

Anyone ever order tires from www.discounttire.com? I have priced tires from there and they are the best priced and they are matching the price of the same tire I found cheaper elsewhere, including freight. I just wanted to see if anyone else has ordered tires from there or know someone who has? They seem to be nice to work with. I am going to order the BF Goodwrench AT 285/65/18. They have priced me $1,062 for 4 tires. Thats the best I have found.

Let me know, Thanks.

Yes... two sets.

No complaints what-so-ever.

They are fine. Just remember to price in the cost of mount/balance at your local shop.

Yep, I did and still saving $150 or more for the entire set. Local shop priced the same tires $1,212 for all 4 tires but that doesn;t include tax.

Thanks for the reminder

If you aren't really picky on size the 275/70/18 BFG AT's at tire rack are $867 including shipping plus applicable taxes in your area. They are a 33.2" inch tire and the OEM wide for the 09+ XLTs. I will be ordering mine this week.

Thanks I have priced that size too. Everyone leans me towards the 285/65/18. I wish I could actually see the two sizes side-by-side. I just want something that will look good on it. Its a 2006 F-150 King Ranch with a 2" AS level kit.

Well the 285/65/18 are 32.6" in diameter
and the 275/70/18 are 33.2" in diameter
Personally with a 2"AS I think that the 275/70/18's would look better, stuff that wheel well a little more, and put a little more coin in your pocket. If money is no issue the best looking BFG is the 305/65/18's they are around 33.7" and look awesome but you might be pushing it with the 2" level, most guys running them have a 2 1/2" AS.

I found www.onlinetires.com cheaper for me. The Nitto NT 420S at DiscountTires is $187, and they are $151.11 at OnlineTires. Only thing is, DiscountTires gives a protection plan for each tire, and free shipping. OnlineTires I don't believe gives a protection plan, and shipping is $133.85 to my zip (North Carolina).
