Nittos or Toyos

Well I'm sure this has been posted many of times but I'm curious to see what all people think as of today. I am about to put rims and tires on my truck and I am having a time deciding between the Toyo open country m/t and the Nitto Terra Grappler both in a 325/60/18. I currently run the Nitto's and they are great but for about the same price I can get the Toyo's and I hear they are great also but I'm just not sure what kind of mileage I will get with them. So please post you opinions. Thanx!

you will get m ore with toyo mt, but the mud graps look much better. i have been having the same problem. i have decided on the muds, even though all my friends have tried to talk me out of this bc the noise the mud graps make. but they look awesome!!!!!!!!! gotta have them once at least

Terra Grapplers and OC M/T's are 2 animals all together. If you can get the OC M/T's for the same price as the Terra Grapplers I would go with them if you don't mind a little more noise. A more comparable tire to the Terra Grapplers would be the Open Country A/T's.

i would definatly go with toyo m/t. ats will look okay but the m/ts look great and will stand out way more. theres nothing worse than being stuck with tires for 50000 miles and not liking them. get what you like.

i do agree that the toyo mts will probably make me alot happier in the long run as long as i can get the mileage out of them. the terra grapplers are good but i didnt get great mileage out of them and i just like the look of the mts alot better. thnx 4 the input guys. anyone else got any input?

Nitto and Toyo are the same company, most people dont know that. The new Nitto Trail Grappler is supposed to resemble the toyo mt a little more. They just started making them. Check them out.

I only sell the nitto so i dont know much about toyo cept for my packing lists from nitto say toyo.
