Will they fit?

I am really liking the Nitto Trail Grappler MT they look nasty and they are aggressive yet still seem to hold up well (according to the reviews and posts)

I have a 2005 Fx4 w/ 2.5 level with 18 inch stockers (I want to keep my stock rims for now)

I know the 295/70R18 will fit but could I go with a 305/65 or 70

I have found some 35/12.5 -18 as well would these fit?

I have run 35/12.50s on my stock rims. They will rub on the frame some at full lock. The 295/70s will probably work just about perfect on a stock wheel. Im going to be buying these next week to put on an XD wheel so ill update once I get them.

That would be awesome if you could let me know how they do. You are buying the Trail Grapplers? If so get some pictures I am really excited to get mine!!!

I am thinking 295/70 should work it will be a bit smaller but not by much!

Yes I will have the TGs in a couple weeks. Ill post pics as soon as I can. Everyone here keeps telling me the wheels I want wont work but im going for it anyway. Im pretty sure they will be fine.

The heigt on the 295s wont be much difference from a 35. but they will be thinner which will work better on a stock wheel.

Keep this in mind. While you can fit a 35x12.50 using your OEM wheels, if you go with an aftermarket wheel, you will need one that is 8 inches wide with 5.5 inches of BS to fit them (almost identical to the stock 7.5 inch width). The selection of aftermarket wheels with those specs is very, very narrow.

Awesome man, thanks for the update. I am definitely going with those, I like the 295/70. Did they fill up the wheel well nicely, and make the truck look bigger? I am so excited just have to get my income tax check and its done!

Thanks again man I will get some before and afters once its done!

Oh yeah they filled the wheel wells up perfectly! I parked right next to him and it made my truck look like a 2wd chevy with go getters You are just going to give me one more truck to have serious truck envy with, for now.
