Would a brake booster cause this?
A new issue poped up today. There is a new hiss sound in the cab right near the brake pedal, and whenever I touch the brakes either my front or rear(mostly my front) tires churp. Would a brake booster cause this? If so, how difficult are they to replace?(I know a little bit about fixing engines)

Sounds like your booster might be self-applying... something broke in it and when you put a little pressure on the pedal it basically stomps on the brakes for you.
There is nothing you can really fix inside the booster... time to buy a new one.
You can probably change it yourself.
- buy a new one
- shut off the engine, pump the brakes 5 times to deplete the vacuum
- remove the nuts that hold the MC on the booster
- remove the MC (just pull it off... don't open up the brake lines... it will just hang on the brake lines)
- make sure you don't lose the O-ring on the hub
- remove the vacuum line (you might have to reuse the check valve)
- remove the nuts by the pedal and pull the booster out
- Put the new booster in, reassemble
