how to sell tires?

Is it possible to get a descent amount of $$ for barely used tires? I just put new rims AND tires on.....and as some of you stated, I'm already regretting not trying to go a little bigger. Unfortunately, I'm stuck with what I've got unless I don't lose out too much. I'm not wasting tons of money to make a switch.

However, I've heard "rumors" that some places will give you almost what you paid for your tires if you buy from them. Is that BS?

Some places will buy them back, just don't expect full retail.

I was at the tire shop yesterday and they offered me $50/tire for my Wrangler SRA's with 9000 miles.I think I could double that on craigs list.

Put them on craigslist, specify no trades.
Then wait for the english speaking people to call with offers, who are NOT trying to trade a broken freezer or stolen boat trailer, etc. Sometimes it takes a while. lol
I doubt a shop would give you much money for them.

285/65 R18 Nitto Terra Grapplers. I love the look but may want to go a little bigger. Still considering.
