In the past few months i have added some new mods to my truck including the Aries Bull Bar and the TSC Toolbox (Toolbox much needed). I am considering buying new wheels for the truck, but am not sure i want to spend the money. What do yall think about new wheels? I am looking to keep the same size maybe 18x9 or 18x10, not exactly sure on backspacing. Anyways, I was just trying to get opinions. Thank yall.

Looks good, what kind of wheels do you want to go with?

 

Im in the middle between black and chrome, and i have looked around a little bit. i do like the moto metals even though everyone has them. i dont like them in black though, i also like the mazzi hulks but not sure whether they would look good on my truck or not, because i like them in chrome too.

 

I like the tires on the stock wheel's, if you go with different wheels you may run into some minor rubbing problem's.

 

Looks good. Wish I would have went with the 305s instead of the 285s. Look around and find some wheels you like then post in the photoshop thread before you make you final decision. That way you won't have any regrets.

Yea man i love my 305's, i am also very pleased with the BFG's. i would recommend them to anyone. and i will have to look around and see what wheels i like and post. so someone can photo shop this for me?

i agree i do think that the tires look good on the stock wheels. i had just seen around the site some people who have added rims and i like some looks.

you know, i have seen a few people around this site with the wheels that are machined/black. and some combonations look great while others dont work out so good IMO. i will have to keep this in mind.

My level kit comes in tuesday, then I'm purchasing some 305 BFG for my truck. So I naturally like your current setup, as I'm about to have the same thing.

 

Thanks man, yea i had thought about it at one point but as i looked online and started doing some research. i decided that i didnt really like the look of the FX4 wheels in black. although they may look alot better on your truck considering its black. also, you will love the 305's great look for the level.

 

I had considered painting mine. I was gonna tape off the grey on the wheels, and paint the silver black. Then they would be black with grey like the truck. I changed my mind after I saw some pictures of the painted FX4 wheels. It makes the 18" wheels look too small.
