Backwoods types do this all the time. I get the call from time to time at work. You might want to consider putting an all terrain up front and a mud in the rear. Lots of guys do it down south that drive on farm land or dirt roads for the extra traction. You can even run a larger size in the rear if you want, but you wont be able to rotate anyway you go.
