Help with a photoshop

I was kindly given a photoshop of my truck which included some new tires. I am planning to level my truck and put 33s(285/75/16). can you tell me how close these photoshopped tires are to being this size?

thanks

im pretty sure the tires would be closer to the truck though...because i compared the origional to this ...and the center of the wheel on this sits further away...so im thinking this would look like adding 2" all around...but idk....does this make sense?
