I just bought some wheels for my 03 F-150 Supercrew, and debating about what tires to get. I dont want skinny tires such as a 285/35/22 suggested by tire rack. The offset of the wheel is 15mm and the backspace is 5.90". Any help is appreciated. Thanks

 

Is it a 4x4? Is it leveled or stock?

Assuming you have stock rims with 265's, the new setup with 305's would stick out about 2.5'' further.

i had 22x9.5 wheels with a 305/45/22 tire on my 02 supercrew and they never rubbed with my tbars cranked.They also stuck out just as far as my 33's on stock 17 inch wheels.You will have no problem going with a 305/45/22 on that width wheel

 

I'm not sure what BS you need for a street style wheel on a 97-03 but you should be able to fit them on a 4x2 or 4x4.

 

Its a stock 4x2. I may lower it in the near future though.
