What size tire for 20X9 xd monster +18 offset?

I have looked through a bunch of post here, but most of the info is for the new body style (04-10). I was not sure if the same wheel/tire info applied to the old body style (97-03). I have a 2000 4x4, not sure if the torsion bars are cranked up or not. I am currently running 305/70/17 buckshot maxxis mudders on stock rims and have never rubbed. If I go with the 20X9 xd monster +18 offset/5.71" bs and a 33x12.50 nitto trail grappler will I have to worry about any rubbing?

That is too much backspacing for a 97-03 truck. You want 4.5 or 5 inches of BS to fit 33's. You would have to do some minor trimming on the front bumper's lower plastic valance.

Thanks for the input. The 20x9 doesn't come with that backspacing, so should I go with the 20x10 with -12 offset to get the 5.03 backspacing? If I go with this, how wide do you think they will be?

I'd go with the 20x10's then. If you want an idea of the stance they will give, look at my gallary. I have 10 inch wide wheels with 4.5 inches of BS so those Monsters will tuck in 1/2 inch more than mine.
