I did hear from Discount Tire Direct, they did say it was definitely installer damage and was caused because they mounted the tires with the face of the wheel up and my wheels are "reverse barrel".

The dealership is taking care of it and I'll have the new tires here Thursday. Only problem was that they were out of the Trail Grapplers so I went with the Mud Grapplers. I was undecided at first on which tires to get so I'm not upset at all, just had to pay the difference $30/tire.

Cliff notes for everyone:

-Ford Dealership messed up the mounting, but is taking full responsibility
-Discount Tire Direct is awesome, I've never had any trouble with them and they have been great through this process
-Still disappointed with Nitto's complete lack of caring and customer support, although their products continue to impress me.
Thanks for the update, makes me feel much better. Hope you like the mud grapplers, they are loud and dont expect a lot of life out of them....they look great though.
