Does anybody where i can get the spare tire lock key for my 2003 f150? I need one asap. all i have is the long rod and i need the socket looking thing that goes on the end to get my spare off. If anyone knows anything, thanks in advance.

 

Haha. I had this exact same problem with my 02! I was told there's no solution other than cutting it down. They said I could cut the cable holding the spare or disassemble the plastic tube you insert the long rod into and try to knock the lock off. I haven't attempted that yet so I'm not sure what that entails. I'm stuck in the same situation you are.
