What r u guys talking about? aside from the headlights and running boards everything on his truck is black. I think chrome is going to look awful. Any one care to Pshop this for him?

I think black wheels would look best. If you go with black wheels you can get away with running 18s but my personal opinion, when you go with chrome you gotta go at least 20s. As for the monsters I don't think they look good at all in chrome. The rockstars, in chrome, look much better IMO, but with your selection I'd run the motos.

Help me understand the whole backspace thing... What is the backspacing on the stock FX4 18" wheel?

Can anyone confirm that the stock FX4 18" rims are 7.5" wide and have a 5.5" backspacing?

If this is correct, then if you have a 9" wheel with the same backspace, the rims will stick out 2.5" more than stock and if you have a 10" wheels with the same backspace, then you will stick out 3.5" more that stock...

Am I thinking about this correctly?

Also, there doesnt seem to be too many 18x9 or 18x10 wheels that have this backspacing - the majority seem to be around 4.5" or so... Is this going to create more problems with possible rubbing?
