new tires, stock rims

Hey guys i have the stock FX4 18'' rims on my truck. Im getting a leveling kit and possibly a AAL. I need new tires. Im from canada and see 6 months winter so my tires have to be good on ice as well as highway/offroad. I like the look of an aggresive m/t but dont think i can sacrafice the winter driving conditions. Any one have any suggestions on what tire i should be looking at and in what size (mainly how wide i can go without rubbing)? Thanks for your help.

A 285x65x18 or a 305x65x18 would look great on the stock wheels on a leveled out 4x4. BFG, Nitto and Toyo make these. BFG is the only one making the 305x65's. All these are all terrain tires which would probably be your best bet for all around use. Check out their websites for sizes and specs.

I have also heard the Goodyear Duratracs do well in icy/snowy conditions.
