OK So i spoke with tom at west coast wheel factory and he told me that the wheels have a +18 offset

yup its just leveled kinda...it a little over 2.5 in the front and an add-a-leaf in the rear which i thing gave it about a 1.5-1.75 lift. The wheels have a +18 offset

Stock head lights just took them apart and painted them... it was a real piain in the *** but worth all the time and money i saved i think total cost was about $8 and 3-4 hours from start to finish.
