Ok. So yesterday was an exciting day. Finally got my new tires installed. The old Terra Grapplers had reached their limit right at 55,000 miles. They still had good tread left, but they started to "chunk". Anyway, I went with the new Nitto Trail Grapplers in 305/55/20. My brakes had been squealing as well and Brake Check had given up on me and vice versa so I took on the job of installing new PowerSlot Rotors and Hawk HPS pads. I painted my calipers black as well. Here are the pics:

So far I'm a fan! The brake job took a long while since I was painting the calipers at the same time. I was really happy I went with black, since it matched the rotor as well as I didn't have to be quite as **** about the paint job and masking things off. The brakes are much much better. When I removed the old ones, the rear pads (all 4) had cracked right down the middle.

The tires are pretty sweet. These are my first mud-terrains so they are quite different. They are quite a bit noisier in my opinion. On the highway is where I notice it the most. Like I said, I've never owned a mud-terrain so I have no point of reference as to whether they're loud or not. Speaking of, has anyone on here gone from the Toyo M/T's to the Trail Grapplers? I'd be curious what the comparison is. Other than that, they ride fantastic. And they look great. Whats funny to me is Nitto's idea of the "aggressive" sidewall is not nearly as aggressive as the other side. The side lugs are much beefier on the "normal" side. I had asked for the "aggressive" side to be installed out, but they did it backwards and I'm actually glad they did. I like this side better.

I like!!! Good work. Just curious is your driveway unlevel, because the first pic your truck look like it has a lot or rake, but the gaps between the front and rear fenders dont look too far off?

Also, I have owned other M/T's before and these compared to others ride great.

Thanks and yes my driveway has a slope to it. Hate it. Wish it were flat. The truck is pretty much level though. By the way, what air pressure are you running and is that what you would recommend for me here in San Antonio?

With the hot weather coming up I would run 45 psi. If too rough drop down to around 42 psi and see how they ride. I wouldn't go below 40 psi.

And I try and keep my bfg's between 42-45 psi

Running 50 now, but will prob drop down a little as its starting to get pretty warm here. Will prob run ~46-48.
