I have a 1997 F150 4x4 and the brake lights seem to be staying illuminated after the truck is shut off. Though the lights are initially out as soon as the truck is off they seem to turn back on every now and then. Ive left it parked and off and checked to make sure they were off and went back out side a few hours later and they were illuminated. This has occurred more than once in the past few days. Not sure if the switch is going south or maybe a short, any suggestions?
