Cap was left loose on brake reservoir - Now what?

I worked on the brakes a couple weeks ago, and the other day noticed that the cap for my brake reservoir was on ****-eyed, so it was loose about 2 weeks. Any moisture it might have absorbed would be ambient only (no engine-bay washes, splashing, etc.)

Any concern that the integrity is compromised? It's fresh fluid, otherwise I'd just use this as an excuse to flush it all.

Thanks.

Andy

Should be fine, if anything water that MIGHT have gotten in would most likely stay at the top. Honestly though, I wouldn't worry so much- drive on. If not and that answer is not good enough, do another good bleed of the lines, just to pretty much nail it early.

Should be Ok... The only concern is moisture.... this is brake fluids worst enemy... Consider a brake fluid flush when you can...but not a pressing issue..

you're fine... partway on still keeps the air from moving in and out by any significant amount.

Thanks, guys. I was pretty sure there was no immediate concern, but always nice to see other opinions.
