I'm watching for 20" rims and I would like to know what the biggest tire I can fit on a stock 2010 2WD truck would be.

Are you wanting an offroad look? If you are, I'd add a 2.5 inch leveling kit and some 285/55-20's (33x11.50) or 305/55-20's (33x12.50).

In that case, I'd install a set of lowering shackles out back and some 305/40-22's. If you go with a 20 inch package, I'd go with a 305/50-20 which would be the same height and width.

 

Not to hijack here, but with that said...can you do a 45-22 without a leveling kit? I do not want to lower my FX2 due to clearance and do not like the lowered look. I am looking at the silver Black Rhino Keros 22" but do not like the look of a 40 series.
